I've been looking for a old, antique window frame to make a genuine window frame quilt. While traveling north on Route 13 along the Eastern Shore of Virginia, my husband and I saw some at the side of the road, did a little uey, and stopped at the Fabric Outlet. Although, it may look a little scary, it was actually open, and the associates there were quite friendly. I got my window frame for $10 and saw bolts of Kaffe Fassett's fabrics inside for $5-a-yard! What a deal! So if you're ever, um, in that area, don't be afraid to stop.
